• Chicken Boneless 1/2kg
• Black pepper 3/4 tsp
• Mustard paste or powder 1/2 tsp
• Ketchup 2 tbs
• Worcestor sauce 1 tbs
• Cabbage 1 cup
• Mayonnaise 2 tbs
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Sugar 1 tsp
• cream (optional) 1 tbsp
• Eggs boiled & sliced 4
• Pineapple slices 4
• Burger Buns 4
• Margerine as required
• Ketchup as required
• Mustard paste as required

Cut the boneless chicken in julienne strips.

Marinate the chicken in (1/2 tsp black pepper, mustard, ketchup, worcestor sauce, and ketchup).

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the chicken until the chicken is cooked and the water is dried.

Separatly mix cabbage, mayonnaise, salt, 1/4tsp black pepper, sugar and cream together.

On the base of the buns, spread margerine or butter.

Place a slice pineapple followed by an egg slice.

Lay the chicken on top and then add cabbage.

On the top slice of the burger spread either ketchup or mustard paste.
Serve.
