• 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, 1 package taco seasoning, 1 small can chopped green chilies, 1/2 . finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, 6 pieces pepper jack cheese

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Shape into 6 patties. Grill or pan fry until desired doneness.

Top with cheese and melt.

Serve with salsa mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and onion.Serves 6.
