Recipe for BBQ beef dish try this Eid
Ingredients
- Beef 3 pounds (cut in large chunks)
- Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon (or to your taste)
- Red Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Black pepper ½ teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Catsup 1 cup
- Water 2 cups
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sugar to taste
Cooking Directions
First of all take a covered pot and put all ingredients in it and bake for approximately 5 hours at 250 degrees.
Before doing this add water in it as necessary and bake it for 5 hours.
After finish remove beef and taste sauce and sugar to your taste in it.
Now shred the beef and return to pot back and bake it for 10 minutes more. When all finish serve the beef.
