• 1/2 kilo meat or chicken chopped **
• 3 chopped onions
• 4 chopped tomatoes
• 4 whole cardamoms
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 4 whole cloves
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tablespoon ginger slices
• 1 tablespoon coriander powder
• 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
• 3 chopped garlic
• Oil or ghee to cook with
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 chopped green chili

Fry onions, when light golden, add the meat.

When the water from meat evaporates add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.

Add water and let it boil for at least 50 minutes.

When meat is cooked and the amount of gravy is reduced, your dish is ready to be served.
