• Six Eggs 6
• Milk solids Half kg - Khoya
• Sugar 2 cups
• Green cardamoms powder 6 - alaaachi
• Ghee or Oil One and a Half Cups
• Almonds and Pistachios as required finely crushed
• Food Color - Yellow
• Silver Foil for Garnishing

Take a large bowl to blend eggs.
Now blend milk solids in eggs, 2 cups of sugar, a Pitch of

Yellow food color and cardamoms powder in a blender
Mix oil in it Now stir it in a pan

When small grains were being made and oil is going to separate put it in a Tray

Then add the almonds and pistachios in it
Garnish with Silver Foil
