• Kidney beans 1 cup (boiled)
• Corn kernels 1 cup (boiled)
• Tomatoes 2
• Onion 1
• Green chillies 2 (chopped)
• Fresh coriander 3 tbsp (chopped)
• Black pepper powder as required
• Salt to taste
• For Dressing:
• White cumin 1 tsp roast and crushed
• Hot sauce 1 tbsp
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Olive oil 4 tbsp

De-seed tomatoes and dice them and dice onion.

Mix kidney beans, corn kernels, onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, black pepper and salt in a salad bowl.

Put all dressing ingredients in a bowl except olive oil, now slowly drizzle in olive oil white beating.

Add dressing to the salad bowl and mix well.
