• Pizza Crust 1 (readymade)
• For Sauce:
• Cream cheese ½ cup
• Sugar powder 1/3 cup
• Vanilla essence ½ tsp
• For Glazing:
• Orange marmalade ¼ cup (can be use apricot/strawberry/raspberry)
• Water 2 tbsp
• Chocolate chips ½ Cup(melted) optional
• For Topping
• Peach (sliced)
• Strawberries (cut in half)
• Blueberries
• Kiwi fruit (peeled, sliced)
• Raspberries
• Grapes
• Bananas (sliced)
• Pineapple (chunks or rings)
• Apples (peeled and sliced)
• Oranges (sliced).

Pre heat the oven on 180 C.
Add pizza crust it on pizza pan glazed with butter.
Bake at 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool crust completely.
While crust is cooling, in a bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Spread mixture over cooled pizza crust.
Now refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Arrange fruit in attractive layers or designs over cream cheese sauce layer.
Combine marmalade and water into a glaze and carefully brush glaze over fruit.
Drizzle warm chocolate chip mixture for additional sweet topping.
Do refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Cut into slices or squares and serve.
In this recipe fruits can be use either frozen or fresh.
You can also add fruits of your choice besides these so enjoy.
