• Egg 1
• Butter 1 cup
• Peanut butter 1/2 cup
• Sugar 1 cup
• Jaggery 1/2 cup
• Refined flour 1, 1/2 cup
• Soda 1/4 tsp

Put egg, butter, peanut butter, sugar and jaggery in a bowl.

Mix well. Add refined flour and soda. Knead into dough.

Roll out the dough and make round biscuits with the help of cookie cutter.

Press the outer edges with a fork.

Place biscuits on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Let the biscuits cool after taking them out of the oven, and serve.
