Recipe for Fried chicken

- Chicken 1 kg
- Salt taste
- black pepper. taste
- soya sauce. 2 tsp
- vinegar. 2 tbsp
- chaat masala. 2 tbsp
- egg. 2(for frying)
- cornflour
Cooking Directions
wash the chicken. make small cuts on it. marinate it with all the spices and soya sauce and vinegar.
keep it for marination about 1 hour.
coat them into cornflour and then into egg and deep fry.
serve hot !!
