• Oil 1cup
• Meat minced (half kg)
• Tomatto puri 2 tsp
• soyia sauce 1 tsp
• chilli sauce 1 tsp
• garlic ketchup 1 tsp
• Tikka masalla 2/3 tsp
• salt to taste
• Rice boiled 3 tea cups
• spaghetti,nodels,elbow macaronies boiled 1cup (each).

Heat oil, fry onion till light brown

Add minced meat in it leave it till water compeletly dries

Add (spices), tomatto puri,soya sauce,chilli sauce,garlic ketchup,tikka masalla and salt.

Cover it,and allow to cook 15 minutes until the minced is tender

Seperetly boiled rice

Speretly boiled spaghetti,nodels,macaroni.then strain

In another wok take a (layer) of rice then meat minced then all spaghetti,nodels,macaroni. cover the dish tightly cook in oven 20/25 minutes

Serve with raita.
