• Chicken breast 4(boneless,flattened )
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Ingredients for stuffing:
• Mushrooms 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
• Dry mix herbs 1 tsp
• Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
• Grated mozzarella cheese ½ cup
• Ingredients for coating:
• Egg 1
• Cream 2 tbsp
• Self raising flour to coat
• Fresh bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
• Sesame seeds 2tbsp
• For Sauce:
• Honey 2-3 tbsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp heaped
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Mayonnaise or cream 1 tbsp

For honey and mustard sauce: mix all ingredients together; sauce is ready.

Mix bread crumbs with sesame seeds, and beat egg withcream; put it aside.

Mix all ingredients of stuffing and keep aside.

To make Chicken: Cut chicken breast into length wise strips, marinate with vinegar, salt and black peeper, fill with stuffing and fold to secure well.

Coat in self raising flour, dip in egg and cream mixture, then in crumbs and sesame seeds twice.

Freeze for 1 hour.

Deep fry till light golden; serve with honey and mustard sauce.
