• Dawn Bread 1 medium
• Chicken 2 cup (boiled and shredded)
• Apple 1/2 cup (thinly cut)
• Cucumber 1/2 cup (thinly cut)
• Cashew nut 1/2 cup (thinly cut)
• Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper (grounded) 1/2 tsp
• Onions powder 1/2 tsp

In a big pan mix chicken, apple, cucumber and cashew nuts.

Add in this mayonnaise, sugar, onion powder, salt, chilies and mix well.

Remove the hard sides of the bread and cut the bread in triangular shape.

Then spread on each slice mayonnaise on top of it.

Place chicken mixture and cover it with other part of the slice to make a sandwich.

Serve with ketchup.
