• 1 kilo tomatoes
• 4 slice bread
• 1 cinnamon
• 2 cardamoms
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 2 tbsps corn flour
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• to taste Chinese salt
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Soya sauce
• to taste Salt
• to taste pepper

Boil tomatoes with a cup of water along with cinnamon and cardamoms. Boil until soft.

Blend in a blender. Transfer the mixture in a pan and add seasoning, corn flour and chicken stock. Bring to a boil

Fry bread in oil. Serve hot with fried bread
