Recipe for GOOSEBERRY CHUTNEY

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Coriander leaves
  • 150 grams Green chilies
  • 350 grams Gooseberry (cut into small pieces)
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 Ginger (small piece)

Cooking Directions

Remove the gooseberry seeds. Chop ginger and green chilies.

In a grinder add everything together and grind well to form a paste Serve as required
