• 2 cups poiled, peeled and mashed potato
• 1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
• 8 tbsps Clarified butter
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1/2 cup Mix nuts

Mash boiled potatoes Heat clarified butter in a wok.

Add mashed potato and cook for 15 mins on a low heat.

Add milk and sugar. Keep roasting till halwa thickens to desired cons Add cardamom powder

Garnish potato halwa with toasted nuts.
