• 250 grams Plain biscuts
• 4 tbsps Sugar
• 100 grams Butter
• 4 Eggs/ Vanila
• 500 grams Cream cheese
• 2 tbsps Lemon juice
• 1 cup sour cream vanilla
• 1/2 kilo Strawberry

For the base:
Crush the biscuits & add the melted butter & sugar to it ,press firmly over the base & sides of ur springform (size 20cm)

Mix all filling ingredients & pour on top of ur base & enter ur preheated oven (180) for 45 minutes (or till firm to touch)

Mix the topping ingredients & pour on top of the hot cheesecake & enter oven for more 5-7 minutes.
turn off ur oven & open the door leaving the cheesecake for few more minutes(5-10) then cool for 3-4 hours b4 serving.
