• 1/2 kilo Beef mince
• 1 tbsp Whole coriander chopped
• 1 tsp White cumin chopped
• 1 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
• 1 tsp Black pepper crushed
• 1 Egg
• 1 bunch Green coriander chopped
• 4 Green chilies chopped
• 1 Onion chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required

First of all chop 1 tbsp pomegranate seed. Than In a bowl take ½ kilo mince.

Add salt to taste, 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, pomegranate seed powder, 1tbsp whole coriander, 1 bunch chopped green coriander, and 4 chopped green chilies, and in last add one egg and make a big size patties and fry them until they turns golden brown and serve these Peshawari kabab with green chatin or chili sauce
