• 800 grams Chicken boneless cubed
• 5 tbsps Mustard Oil
• 1 cup Onion (chopped)
• 1 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
• 2 tsps Mustard seeds
• to taste Red chili powder
• 2 tsps cumin powder
• 3 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
• 1/2 cup Spring onion

Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok. Saute’ onions till transparent. Add tomatoes and cook for 10 mins. Keep aside

In a separate wok, heat the remaining oil.Add the mustard seeds and saute’ till they crackle

Stir in the onion-tomato mixture; cook for 3 mins. Add the chicken, salt, cumin and red chili powder

Cook for another 20 mins on low flame, till the chicken is done

Mix in the spring onions and cook for 2 mins
Remove from heat and serve hot, accompanied by any bread
