Recipe for PUNJABI LASSI

Ingredients

  • 4 cups butter milk
  • 2 tsps Salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seed
  • 3 tbsps mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Cooking Directions

Add chilies, salt and ginger to the buttermilk.

Stir Heat oil and fry mustard seeds.

When it crackles pour onto the buttermilk mixture, Chill

Pour into glasses, sprinkle mint Add ice and serve
