• 1/2 kilo mutton, cut in pieces
• 1 tbsp ginger chopped
• 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
• 1 cup Mutton stock
• 1 cup yogurt
• 6 Green chili
• 1 tsp White cumin seeds
• 1 tbsp coriander seeds
• 1 tbsp Black pepper
• to taste Salt
• 6 tbsps Oil

Heat oil in a pan, fry ginger, garlic, add meat and cook till color change

Add stock and cook till meat is tender

Add all ingredients and cook

Low the heat and cook till oil comes up

Dish it out and garnish with garlic and coriander leaves
