• 2 tsps olive oil
• 1 cup cabbage shredded
• 1 cup zucchini sliced
• 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
• 2 tbsps soya sauce
• 1 kilo brownish rice cooked
• 1/4 cup carrot grated
• 1/2 cup onion sliced
• 1/4 cup tomato diced
• 3 tbsps walnuts
• 3 tbsps water

In a skillet combine soya spices and oil.

Add zucchini, cabbage, mushrooms and onion,stir fry until crisp tender.

Add rice, tomato and carrot,stir fry for 4 minutes

Sprinkle with almonds. Serve
