Recipe for Fish And Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 grams fish fillets
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 lemon
  • to taste salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 1 capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • to taste black pepper
  • 5 olives, thinly sliced
  • to taste salt

Cooking Directions

Tartar Sauce:
In a bowl, combine last six ingredients for tartar sauce.
Place bowl in a refrigerator for 2 hours

For Fish:
Wash fish and cut into pieces. Paste garlic paste over them.

Put salt, pepper and lemon juice on it Toss well and set aside.

Batter:
In a bowl add eggs, refined flour, salt and pepper.
Mix well to form a paste.

Method:
Heat oil in a wok.

Coat fish fillets with batter then deep fry them until golden brown.

Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with tartar sauce.
