• 2 Fish fillet
• 2 tbsps Soya sauce
• 2 tbsps White vinegar
• 1 tsp Mustard paste
• 2 Lemon
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
• Chaat masala to taste
• 2-3 tbsps Oil

First of all marinate fish fillet with 2tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp mustard paste, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt to taste, 2 lemon juice and leave it for almost 10 mints.

Heat grill pan, put in oil and grill fish fillet from both sides.

After fish is cooked remove from grill and sprinkle chat masala, 1tsp crushed black pepper and serve it with brown bread
