• 1/2 kilo okra, stem end removed and cut into 1in/3cm pieces
• 1/2 cup chicken stock
• 1 tsp cumin powder
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 2 Cloves
• 1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
• 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
• 2 Onion chopped
• 2 Bay leaves
• 1 beetroot
• 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 Cinnamon 1 inch stick
• 1 cup Yogurt
• 1 lemon
• 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
• salt
• 5 tbsps Oil

Layer a pan with onion ,okra,beetroot, and tomatoes

Mix all ingredients in yogurt except crushed cinnamon and oil

Pour yogurt mixture and oil on tomatoes layer and cook till vegetables get tender

Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top of delicious Okra kebab
Serve hot
