• 2 1/2 cup sifted flour
• 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 3 tbsp. milk
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 2 tbsp.instant yeast
• Few drops vanilla essence
• For Chocolate Icing
• 1/2 packet cream
• 1/2 cup cooking chocolate

Method Of Quick Donuts
Mix all ingredients and knead it with warm water till it forms a soft dough.

Cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter or you can also shape them with your hands. Put them in a tray and let them raise for 15 minutes.

Heat oil and deep fry them on medium heat till they are light golden on color.

For Icing
Heat cream and pour it over cooking chocolate. Don’t boil the cream.

Whisk it and dip your donuts in chocolate icing and sprinkle some hundred thousands on them.
