• 400 gms sugar free custard
• 15 gms gelatin
• Lemon juice
• Lemon rind
• Few drops of lemon colour
• Few drops of lemon essence
• 60 gms hung curd
• 150 gms mascarpone cheese
• 200 gms low calorie rich cream

In a bowl take custard (sugarfree) and add luke warm gelatin, mix them well.

Take lemon and wash it in running water. Then, grate the outer surface of lemon that is rind

If you dont hve hung curd, take a muslin cloth and hang the curd in it for two hours

Now, add lemon rind, lemon colour and lemon essence in custard and gelatin mixture

Now add cheese, hung curd and cream in it. Mix well.
