• Apple, diced1 big
• Pineapple, diced1/2 medium
• Oranges, segmented 2 medium
• Fresh mint leaves, finely shredded
• 1 tablespoon
• For dressing
• Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
• Sugar1 teaspoon
• Salt to taste
• Roasted cumin seeds, crushed1/2 teaspoon
• Red chilli flakes1/2 teaspoon
• Black peppercorns, crushed 5-6

Mix together all the ingredients of the dressing along with two tablespoons of water.

Mix together apple, pineapple, orange.

Add the dressing and toss. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
