• 4 boiled potatoes(cut Cube shape)
• 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds
• 1cupTamarind water
• 1/2 tbspRed Chili flakes(Kuti Lal mirch)
• 1 tbsp Chat Masala
• 1Chopped Green Chilies
• Chopped Coriander Leaves
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice

(Tamarind water)
soak the tamarind in warm water for 5 min squeeze the seeds and fiber with

your fingers to extract as much juice as possible. Strain and discard fibers and seeds.

Potatoes chaat
Add Cumin Seeds,tamarind water,lemon juice red chili flakes, chat masala, green chili mix in boiled potatoes and garnish coriander leaves. Potatoes chaat ready to serve.
