• 4eggs beaten
• 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped fine
• 2/4 cup imported pecorino romano cheese, grated
• 2 garlic cloves, chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/8teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Plus, plain tomato sauce for the cooked patties
• cooking spray

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Spray small frying pan with cooking spray then form a patty and brown both sides on medium heat.

It should be a bit crispy on the outsides and slightly soft in the center.and hot serve.
