• Potatoes large size washed and pricked 1 kg
• For yogurt cheese dressing:
• Plain yogurt 1 cup
• Lemon juice 3 tbsp
• Minced garlic 1/2 tsp
• Pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Grated or crumbled cottage cream cheese

Bake the potatoes in an oven or a microwave and cut them lengthwise.

Blend all the ingredients of the yogurt dressing and chill it in the refridgerator.

Add cream cheese and mix well. Enjoy the dressing with delicious baked potatoes.
