• Basic white stock
• 4 cups Onion (large)
• 1 Potatoes
• 2 Mixes vegetables
• French beans, carrots
• potatoes, green peas
• 1 1/2 cups White sauce
• 2-3 cups Butter
• 1 tb Parsley
• 2 tb Salt To taste Pepper
• To taste
• Pre - Preparation :
• Boil mixed vegetables.

Chop the vegetables. Fry the vegetables in the butter for at least 2 minutes. Add the white stock.

Boil for at least 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.

Add the white sauce, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Cook for 2 minutes.
