• 1 small onion, minced
• 1/4 cup celery, chopped
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon sage
• 12 slices dry bread, cut into cubes
• 2 cans (10-1/2 ounces each) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 pounds ground beef

Mix onion, celery, salt, pepper, sage and bread. Blend one can of soup with milk.

Stir into bread cubes and mix well. Cover. Chill several hours or overnight.

Combine beef, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Add to bread mixture. Mix thoroughly.

Spoon into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Spread other can of soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
