• 6/8 slices of bread ( remove crust)
• 3 eggs
• 1&1/2 cup milk
• 2 apples raw cut into cubes
• Chopped almonds & pistachios
• 1 tsp of vanilla essence
• 1/2 cup sugar

Take an oven proof dish & grease it. Make a layer of bread slices coat bread with butter if desired Separate egg yolks from egg whites.

Mix egg yolks milk vanilla essence &3/4th ofthe sugar
& mix it well top the bread slices with apple cubes
& alomds pour milk & youk mixture over bread slices bake it in a medium oven

till it sets take it out from the oven beat egg whites till they are stiff add sugar

& top it on the baked dish again bake in medium oven till the meringue is slightly golden brown ( approx 15mins )
serve it hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream best winter dessert
