• Drum sticks 4
• Vinegar
• Salt
• Flour 1/2 cup
• Corn flour 1 tsp
• White pepper 1 tsp
• Egg 1
• Green chili 2
• Onion chopped

Brush vinegar and salt on the drum sticks and leave them for an hour.

Then mix flour, corn flour, salt, white pepper, egg, green chili and onion.

Coat the drum sticks with this mixture. Leave it for a night. Then deep fry them.

When they are half fried, take them out and with a fork, pinch in holes so that it is properly cooked all from inside. Fry again.
