Recipe for Raspberry Lassi

Ingredients

  • Raspberries - 1 cup
  • Yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2-3 tblsp
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Mint Leaves - 2 or 3
  • Black Pepper - a pinch
  • Salt - a pinch

Cooking Directions

Blend all the above ingredients in a blender until it becomes creamy and frothy.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves, fresh raspberries and serve chilled.
