• 100gms flour
• Mint powder
• Salt according to taste

Mix salt in flour and prepare a soft dough

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into round chapati. Shape them into balls.

Sprinkle mint powder on the surface of the chapatti .Again fold it and spread pudina powder. Repeat this process for 7-8 times.

Finally roll out into a 6 inch paratha, sprinkle mint powder on the surface.

Place the paratha in tandoor . Serve it hot with butter
