• 13 oz milk
• 3 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp coffee
• 3 eggs
• 1 packet lemon jelly
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 oz cream

Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Add cocoa powder, coffee, egg yolks and sugar in the milk and boil until thick. Prepare jelly in half a cup of water.

Beat egg whites till they become fluffy and add to the mixture. Set it in the mould and refrigerate for five to six hours. Serve with cream.
