• Semolina(suzi)-50g
• All purpose flour-2oog
• Butter or ghee-150 g
• Sugar powder-150g
• Baking powder-1 tsp
• Baking soda-1/2tsp
• Milk-as needed
• Cashew nut powder-50 g
• Almond-1/2cup

Mix butter and sugar till sugar dissolves,add flour,rava,baking powder,baking soda and mix well.

Now add cashew nut powder and milk,knead to make soft dough.Keep it in fridge for 10 minutes.

Make small or big round balls and press with palm.Place an almond in center of each cookie.

Place in greased baking tray with 2 cm distance from each and bake at 150 degree for 20 min.(check to avoid burning).
