• Chicken Minced 1/2kg
• Ginger (paste) 1 tbsp
• Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
• Onion 2 ,chopped
• Tomatoes 2, chopped
• Salt to taste
• Kuti Red Chillies 1 tsp
• Black Pepper,crushed 1 tsp
• Cumin Seeds,roasted,crushed, 1 tbsp
• Coriander Seeds,roasted,crushed 1 tbsp
• Anar Dhana (dry pomegarnate seeds ) 1-1/2 tbsp
• Gram Flour 3 tbsp
• Eggs 1-2
• Green Chillies 3-4,chopped
• Green Coriander 2tbsp,chopped
• Oil for shallow frying

Mix all ingredients in a bowl in chicken mince except tomatoes and oil Marinate for 1/2 hour

Now add tomatoes and mix well Make big kebabs Shallow fry in oil till golden.
