• Sugar 150 g
• Eggs 7
• Plain Flour as reuired (or 1 cup)
• Vanilla Essence 2 drops (or as required)
• Cooking Oil as required (or 1 cup)

Put eggs on room temperature for a while. Add sugar in eggs and whip them well. Once the egg mixture picks volume.

Add vanilla essence in it and mix well. Oil the tray slightly.
Add plain flour in it and mix with hands.Mix for 1 minute only.

Add in the baking pan.Put in oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
