Recipe for Fresh Mint & Lemon Drink

- Ice cubes1 cup
- White soda1 cup
- Caster sugar2 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Blend together 2 tbsp lemon juice, 8 mint leaves, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 cup ice cubes and 1 cup white soda drink.
Blend well, pour in serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
