• Sugar Syrup :
• 8 cup water
• 6 cup suger
• 10-12 cardamom
• Mix all the above ingredients and boil .
• Gulab Jamun :
• Nido 14 table spoon
• All purpose flour 3 table spoon
• eggs 2
• Baking Powder 1 table spoon {levelled}
• yogurt 2 table spoon

Add all the above ingredients and need well till u get a smooth dough .

If too soft add a lil more nido ,if too hard add more yogurt Make small smooth balls and fry on low heat till brown

keep stirring while frying.once brown add in the sugar syrup .sugar syrup should be hot when u add the gulab jamun .

After adding all the gulab jamun bring the syrup to boil and turn off the stove .
