- Pineapple 1 cup
- Apple, cubed 1
- Mayonnaise 1 cup
- Cucumber, chopped1
- Cherries, to decorate 2 – 3
- Cheese, grated½ cup
- Boiled chicken, shredded 1 cup
- Lettuce to serve
Cooking Directions
Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, add in grated cheese, apples, cucumbers and pineapples, mix well and serve on a bed of lettuce, decorate with cherries.
