Recipe for Chocolate Cherry Bars
Ingredients

- 200gm desiccated coconut
- 85gm caster sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 200gm white chocolate, chopped
- 85gm glace cherries, halved
Cooking Directions
Mix desiccated coconut, eggs, sugar, white chocolate and glace cherries until combined.
Pour in a greased and lined baking tin and bake for 20 minutes or till golden on 180 degrees C.
Cool before slicing in bars.
