• Peach ½ kg
• Milk 1 kg
• Cream 2 cup
• Strawberry Syrup ½ cup
• Corn Flour 2 tbsp
• Sugar 250 gm

In a pan take milk and cook at low flame.

When the milk turns thick add sugar in it and keep stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

In a bowl dissolve corn flour in milk/water.

Add it in the hot milk with continuous stirring.

Cut the peaches and add them in milk.

Mix them with a beater and add cream and keep beating.

Transfer this mixture on an aluminum foil in a cake dish.
Keep it into freezer for 6 to 8 hours.

When freezed take it out, top strawberry syrup on it and then put peach pieces for garnishing.

Note:You can use your favorite fruit syrup.
