• Sweet Potato 2 ( peel the skin and grate )
• Roasted peanut powder coarse 2 Tablespoon
• Zeera 1 teaspoon
• Transient
• Green chillies 2-3 (cut into pieces)
• Curry leaves
• Ginger 1 small piece

Take a wide pan and heat oil in it. When oil is hot, add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

Add chopped green chillies and stir for 1 min.

Add grated sweet potatoes, crushed ginger and stir for about 2 minutes on a medium flame.

Leave the mixture as it is. Bottom part of sweet potatoes will start turning golden brown like hash browns.

Add roasted, crushed peanuts and salt at this point of time.

Dont stir it too often and allow it to roast lightly brown on low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with wedge of lime.
