• Oil 4tbsp
• Medium sized onion 1
• Garlic 2 tsp
• Chicken 500 gram
• Milk cream ½ cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Coriander powder 2tsp
• Cumin powder 1tsp
• Tara garam masala 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder ½ tsp
• Red chili powder 2tsp
• Salt 1tsp
• Ginger 2tsp
• Curd ½ cup
• Fenugreed 1tsp
• Chopped Green coriander ¼ cup
• Green chilies 3-4

Heat oil in a pan and saute 1 chopped onion.

Now add 500 gram of chicken, 2tsp of ginger paste and allow to fry.

Then add 2tsps of coriander powder, 2 tsp of cumin powder,2 tsp of shan garam masala,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder ,2 tsp of red chili powder ,1tsp of salt and ½ cup of curd to cook.

When cooked then add 2 tbsp of lemon.

When all spices are absorbed then add 1 tsp fenugreek and ½ cup milk cream and keep on simmer for 2-3 min .

Before serving on a dish garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
