Recipe for Baked Pistachio Custard

Ingredients

  • Pistachio ½ cup (coarsely grinded)
  • Egg 6
  • Solid milk 250 gm
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Green color few drops

Cooking Directions

Put all ingredients in blender, blend for 1 minute.

Put mixture in a rectangular pyrex dish.

Bake on 180 degree C for 30 minutes.

Serve warm or cold.
