• Chicken 250 gm
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
• Tikka masala 2 tbsp
• Cream 1 tbsp
• Yogurt 2 tbsp
• For Sauce:
• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper /12 tsp
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
• Cream cheese 1 tbsp
• BBQ sauce 1 tbsp
• Crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp
• Milk 2 tbsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• To Assemble:
• Cheese slices as required
• Bread slices as required
• Cucumber slices as required

Marinate chicken with all ingredients.

For sauce:
Mix all ingredients.

Now heat oil, grill chicken for 10 minutes and take it out.

Spread chicken pieces and cucumber slices on bread slice, keep second slice and put sauce.

Then keep cheese slice, cover with third bread slice and grill sandwich.
