• Flour 3 cups
• Egg 1
• Oil 6 tbsp
• Yogurt 2 tbsp
• Luke warm milk ½ cup
• Water as required
• Milk for glazing
• Chicken tikka 1 shredded
• Mushrooms sliced 4
• Olives 4 sliced
• Capsicum 1 sliced
• Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
• Pizza sauce 4 tbsp
• Oregano leaves 1 tsp
• Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Pre heat oven to 200 degree C, sieve flour into a large bowl add egg, yogurt, milk, oil make into a soft dough.

Add water if required, turn dough onto a lightly floured surface, knead well until smooth.

Divide the mixture in half, roll each half into a round, spread with pizza sauce, chicken, mushrooms, olives, capsicum and mozzarella cheese, cover with left over dough rolled into a round, brush top with milk.

Bake for 30 minutes on 200 degree C until golden.
